CORRSHIELD

CORRSHIELD,  is an advanced powder coating technology that significantly reduces water penetration through the coating film, provides high water repellency on the surface, and supports corrosion protection. The PE56 (Polyester) and FF36 (Epoxy-Polyester) series reduce the need for chemical surface treatment compared to conventional coating systems and, in some applications, can eliminate the need for such treatments altogether. Reducing chemical surface treatment steps helps lower the amount of chemicals used and waste generated, thereby contributing to a reduction in environmental impact. Formulated as primers, CORRSHIELD products can be used as an alternative to conventional epoxy-based primer systems and can deliver high corrosion performance under appropriate surface preparation and application conditions.
