Smart Powder Coating for Automotive Headlights

IBAFLASH

IBAFLASH_PN10, is a specialty powder coating based on oven-curing epoxy resins, specifically developed for coating surfaces with vacuum-metallized aluminum. It provides very good flow and strong adhesion to metallized surfaces. Thanks to its high-Tg cured coating film, IBAFLASH_PN10 supports excellent durability of the aluminum layer under operating temperatures. IBAFLASH_PN10 can be used as a clear coat for automotive headlights or as a primer for glass bottles coated by metallization.
