IBAFAST
IBAFAST, is a range of powder coating solutions developed to cure at low temperatures, provide good surface flow, and contribute to energy and time savings. Thanks to its series based on different resin systems, IBAFAST can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications on a variety of materials, including metal, wood, plastic, and heat-sensitive substrates.
The IBAFAST_FF55 series is formulated with oven-cured epoxy and polyester resins and designed for indoor applications. It offers resistance to mild and moderately aggressive solvents and detergents. It can be applied to a variety of materials, including wood, plastic, and heat-sensitive components.
The IBAFAST_FF22 series consists of matte and semi-matte powder coatings formulated with oven-cured epoxy and polyester resins and designed for indoor applications. Providing optimum surface flow, this series offers stable gloss at curing temperatures of 160–200°C.
The IBAFAST_PE52 series is formulated with oven-cured polyester resins and designed for outdoor applications. Providing optimum surface flow, this series is suitable for applications requiring UV resistance. IBAFAST powder coatings can contribute to reducing energy consumption and process time when applied to metal surfaces, thanks to their low curing temperatures.
