PRIMOSTAT
PRIMOSTAT , is a specially developed primer solution designed to improve the adhesion of powder coatings to non-conductive surfaces such as glass, plastic and ceramics. It increases the electrical conductivity of the substrate, helping to enable electrostatic powder coating application.

Application
- PRIMOSTAT is diluted at a ratio of 1:10 and applied to the surface to be powder coated. The diluted solution can be applied by spraying or dipping. Before application, the surface must be clean, dry and completely free from oil, dirt and dust. Following PRIMOSTAT application, the final powder coating should be applied within a maximum of 2 hours.
