On February 4, 2026, the İBA Kimya Human Resources team was delighted to meet with students at the TOBB ETÜ Career Fair ’26. Being in the same environment as the talents of the future gave us the opportunity to share İBA Kimya’s work culture, career opportunities, and professional development prospects with the students. We engaged in a mutual exchange of information and experience by listening to students from various departments share their career goals, expectations, and questions. It was incredibly valuable for us to offer guidance to young people at the very beginning of their career journeys, answer their questions about professional life, and help them get to know İBA Kimya better. In line with our "Right Person for the Right Job" philosophy, we will continue to meet with young talent and participate in platforms that contribute to their career development.
